As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all legal and financial requirements are met, while providing outstanding customer service to buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Escrow Accounts: Oversee the opening, processing, and closing of escrow accounts for real estate transactions.
- Prepare Documents: Draft and review escrow instructions, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, title commitments, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate Closings: Schedule and facilitate the closing process, ensuring all parties are informed and all conditions are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Escrow Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar role.
- Escrow Knowledge: Strong knowledge of escrow processes, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, and title insurance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
