Retail Store Manager (Pharmacy)
Location: Donna, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations for a growing independent pharmacy in Donna, TX. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong retail and customer service experience who is also comfortable supporting business development and community outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), entrepreneurial, and capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
- Manage store organization, inventory, and merchandising
- Support and lead staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity
- Promote the business through local outreach and community engagement
- Assist with business development initiatives and marketing efforts
- Build relationships through networking and local partnerships
- Support sales growth and customer retention initiatives
- Maintain store cleanliness, compliance, and operational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
