Position Overview

We're hiring full-time, remote Inside Sales Representatives to sell education and professional certification programs directly to prospective students. This is a high-energy, phone-based closing role focused on B2C sales. You'll work company-generated leads, conduct discovery conversations, overcome objections, and drive enrollment decisions. No video demos or account management responsibilities—this is pure outbound sales and direct closing.

What You'll Do

• Own the sale: Personally convert prospects to enrollment through consultative phone conversations.
• Work warm leads: Company provides inbound interest; you also conduct outbound calling and follow-up.
• Close quickly: Sales cycles typically involve 1–2 touchpoints before enrollment.
• Build rapport and overcome objections by using discovery-led conversations to address concerns and close deals.
• Maintain discipline: Log detailed CRM notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for purposeful follow-up.

About You – Key Requirements

• At least 1 year of outbound phone-sales experience in a B2C, direct-closing environment
• At least 1 year tenure in your current role (stability matters)
• Proven quota and KPI history in short-cycle, transactional sales
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills—you're confident asking for the sale
• CRM discipline: You maintain detailed, organized records
• High energy and self-management: Remote work demands urgency, resilience, and consistent follow-through
• Comfort with structured scheduling: You can work within Arizona time operating hours (6:00 AM–6:00 PM), including later shifts that may extend to 9:00 PM Eastern Time

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000
• Commission: Uncapped, monthly payout based on quota attainment
• On-target earnings (OTE): Approximately $100,000 in year one
• Pay structure: ~50% base / ~50% variable
• Minimum threshold: Must achieve at least 60% of monthly quota to earn commission
• Commission rates: 7% on payment-plan sales; 9% on paid-in-full sales

Schedule & Location

• Position type: Full-time, 100% remote
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 working hours within a 9-hour shift (includes 1-hour lunch)
• Operating window: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM Arizona time
• Note: Candidates in Eastern Time zones should confirm comfort with potential shifts extending to 9:00 PM ET
• Training: Two weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time
• Start date: September 14
