Medical Assembler Job Description at JobsRUs
We are seeking a skilled Medical Assembler to join our team. As a Medical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of medical devices by following released procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform light assembly tasks according to established procedures.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Generate documentation to complete the Device History Record (DHR).
- Provide feedback on production methods and product design issues to improve quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain productive working relationships within the team and with other functions.
- Read and understand assembly instructions, work orders, Bills of Materials, Standard Operating Procedures, and other documentation.
- Read proficiently, write legibly, analyze/evaluate charts/graphs, follow simple diagrams, and follow manufacturing and inspection procedures.
- Maintain neat, legible, accurate, and complete documentation, records, and logs.
- Able to focus continuous attention to detailed processes and fairly routine processes.
- SUPPORT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES SUCH AS 5S, STANDARDIZATION OF WORK, PROCESS
Working Conditions:
- Shift: 2nd shift, 4pm-230am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime every other Friday.
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.
