Job involves processing product returns by managing return requests, coordinating with customers and internal teams for repairs,replacements, or refunds, and maintaining detailed records. Key responsibilities includeverifying product information, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolvingissues, and providing reports on return trends to improve customer satisfaction andproduct quality. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills,proficient in Excel, and effective communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess returns: Authorize and process incoming product returns, includingissuing RMA numbers, inspecting items, and managing the receiving process.Customer communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, settingexpectations, resolving issues, and following up on return statuses.Internal coordination: Work with internal teams like logistics, customer service,and production to ensure the return process is smooth and efficient.Accurately document all return-related activities and maintain detailed records for tracking, auditing, and reporting purposes. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the return process.
