Location: Wood Dale, ILSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay Rate: $ 22 to $25/hourStart: Immediate needPosition OverviewJobsRUs.com is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Return Merchandise Customer Service must speak Mandarin- Chinese. Job  involves processing product returns by managing return requests, coordinating with customers and internal teams for repairs,replacements, or refunds, and maintaining detailed records. Key responsibilities includeverifying product information, ensuring compliance with company policies, resolvingissues, and providing reports on return trends to improve customer satisfaction andproduct quality. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills,proficient in Excel, and effective communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess returns: Authorize and process incoming product returns, includingissuing RMA numbers, inspecting items, and managing the receiving process.Customer communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, settingexpectations, resolving issues, and following up on return statuses.Internal coordination: Work with internal teams like logistics, customer service,and production to ensure the return process is smooth and efficient.Accurately document all return-related activities and maintain detailed records for tracking, auditing, and reporting purposes. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the return process. Compliance:Ensure all returns adhere to company policies and warranty terms.Reporting: Create reports on return trends, warranty issues, and product defectsto help product development and management teams.Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with relevant software, and Excel software, customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) systemsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required, .Technical Skills:Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g.,SAP).o Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reportingand data analysis.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate.Monday – Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours.Opportunity to contribute to a supportive team environment.Apply today to start your career with JobsRus.com!Company DescriptionJoin the team of a global leading medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturer!
