Job Description:
This role supports multiple areas of a fast‑paced production environment, including fruit preparation, machine operation, and general labor tasks. It requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace while assisting with daily production needs.

Responsibilities

1. Production Support

• Sort and prepare fresh fruit for processing.
• Assist with general labor tasks across multiple production areas.

2. Machine Operation

• Operate production machinery such as fillers, closing machines, and labeling lines.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Workspace Organization

• Break down boxes and maintain an organized work area.
• Help keep the production floor clean by sweeping, squeegeeing, and removing debris.

4. Safety & Cleanliness

• Support a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards when necessary.

5. Team Contribution

• Assist teammates and step into different roles as needed.
• Perform additional duties that contribute to overall team success.
