About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bank Reconciliation Specialist to support a dedicated 60–90 day project focused solely on high-volume bank reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting after initial training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Verify and match debits and credits
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain clear and organized reconciliation documentation
- Collaborate with internal team members as needed to gather supporting information
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on, advanced bank reconciliation experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits)
- High level of accuracy and analytical ability
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment
Training
- 1 week on-site at the office located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, followed by remote work for the remainder of the assignment.
