We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with strong recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, and technical environments. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR support. Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, production, administrative, and professional positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and facilitate the offer process.
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent in competitive labor markets.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and workforce development initiatives.
Human Resources Administration
- Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS databases.
- Assist with payroll, benefits enrollment, and employee status changes.
- Ensure accurate personnel documentation and record retention.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management.
- Assist with employee performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Help resolve workplace concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
Compliance & Training
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain employee handbook policies and HR procedures.
- Coordinate workplace training, safety programs, and compliance requirements.
- Support OSHA, safety, and workforce compliance initiatives.
Benefits & Leave Administration
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
- Manage PTO tracking, leave administration, and employee communications.
- Support annual open enrollment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- 2 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting for manufacturing, production, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, and technical positions.
- Experience supporting workforce planning and employee retention initiatives.
- Familiarity with safety programs, OSHA standards, and industrial work environments.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
