Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory control and management using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
• Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving duties to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Support stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing materials for efficient access and storage.
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks and materials handling activities adhering to OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to execute warehouse distribution plans efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse machinery.

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse team members and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and warehouse distribution processes.
• Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems, RF scanners, and order picker technology.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, stock stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving tasks efficiently.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
