Office Assistant
Job description:
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands (occasionally)
- Coordinate events as necessary. i.e. trade show/registrations & scheduling
- Maintain supply inventory – offices
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Updating and maintaining records of employee expenditures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience with Intuit Quickbook is must
- Invoicing customers. placing orders with vendors, controlling repair orders (RGA)
- Shipping packages, help manage UPS Accounts
- Must have above average organizational skills with aggressive work ethic.
- Training will be provided.
- Self Starter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
