Office Assistant

Job description:

  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands (occasionally)
  • Coordinate events as necessary. i.e. trade show/registrations & scheduling
  • Maintain supply inventory – offices
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Updating and maintaining records of employee expenditures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Experience with Intuit Quickbook is must
  • Invoicing customers. placing orders with vendors, controlling repair orders (RGA)
  • Shipping packages, help manage UPS Accounts
  • Must have above average organizational skills with aggressive work ethic.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Self Starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
