What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Jobsite Sentry?
Jobsite Sentry is hiring a Dispatcher to help monitor our mobile surveillance units and respond to security alerts. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and stays calm when several things need attention at once.
What you’ll do
- Monitor live camera feeds and incoming alerts.
- Review activity, follow response procedures, and contact the appropriate people when action is needed.
- Keep accurate records of incidents, calls, and follow-up actions.
- Communicate with customers, field technicians, and the dispatch team.
- Check that surveillance units are operating and report equipment or connection issues.
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Clear, professional phone and written communication.
- Comfort using computers and working across multiple screens.
- Dependability and the ability to follow procedures under pressure.
- Dispatch, security monitoring, or customer service experience is a plus.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
