GENERAL HELP

This is a full-time on-site role located in Leominster, Massachusetts for a General Help position with Censco LLC. Tasks will include providing assistance with daily operations, supporting team members with technical and non-technical tasks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Responsibilities may also include addressing immediate needs, ensuring adherence to safety practices, and collaborating with team members in project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to support daily operations effectively.
• Basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn industry-specific tools and practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• Good communication skills and readiness to collaborate within a team environment.
• Physical capability to undertake manual tasks, if required.
• Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training or certifications would be beneficial.
