Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform IV insertion and IV infusion procedures with precision.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Assist with behavioral health assessments and interventions.
- Support discharge planning by educating patients and families on post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks software.
- Provide wound care, including suturing when necessary.
- Execute airway management techniques as required.
- Phlebotomize patients for laboratory testing when needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Experience
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures related to nursing care.
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
