Investor Relations and RIA Channel Sales
Firm Description: Our mission is to connect overlooked niche asset based investments to the underexposed RIA channel. We are a top performing interval fund in terms of both return and risk metrics. As such, we are growing our RIA sales coverage and we are offering compelling equity compensation.
Our firm targets lesser-known and less competitive asset-based private credit investments such as medical receivables, pro athlete factoring, and restaurant royalties. Given our tech-enabled unique access, we are often the ”lender of only resort” and therefore have limited competition from other sources of capital such as large funds or regulated banks. Limited competition is what generates this strategy’s alpha or higher risk-adjusted returns.
Our mission is to packaged these highly unique assets into a 40’ Act registered interval fund and offer this differentiated fund to the RIA channel. The fund believes that this channel limited access to niche strategies described above. The fund’s mission is two-fold: enhance the investment offerings to Main Street investors while lowering the cost of capital to Main Street borrowers.

Key Functions:
- Sales / Business Development
- Develop and document sustainable, repeatable and cost-effective sales best practices
- Act as a technical sales expert and lead for platform gatekeepers and investment due diligence teams
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, presentations, and events for current and prospective investors
- Provide value-add feedback on sales process and client interactions
- Maintain contacts, records of activity and pipeline updates in company CRM
- Track record of selling Independent RIAs in asset-based credit or niche strategies
- Background in private credit
- RIA relationships with entrepreneurial allocators
