Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and analysis to support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other strategic transactions.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and investor outreach.
- Perform industry and company research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements and operational data.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to execute transactions and deliver high-quality client service.
- Monitor market developments and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in investment banking.
- Proven track record of at least one closed M&A transaction.
- Experience in the TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), Consumer, or Business Services sectors.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
