What You Will Do
- Provide strategic legal guidance to cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, People, Operations, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
- Advise internal clients on commercial transactions and key business initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with vendors, suppliers, partners, and customers, including support for international sales and localized contract versions.
- Apply sound business judgment to evaluate legal risk while delivering practical, solutions‑oriented advice aligned with company objectives.
- In‑house legal experience in the transportation industry.
- Expertise in structuring and drafting complex commercial agreements, including creating customized, non‑template contracts.
- Experience supporting sales transactions and supply chain operations.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- 4 years of legal experience, preferably in an in‑house environment or at a law firm partnering with corporate legal teams.
- Industry experience in transportation strongly preferred.
