What You Bring:
- CPA designation (required) with 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
- Prior Leadership, mentoring and development experience
- Strong GAAP expertise, budgeting, cost control, and financial compliance knowledge
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and adaptable to evolving processes
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Competitive salary: $145,000–$155,000
- Generous PTO: 3 weeks’ vacation 11 holidays personal/sick days (increases with tenure)
