- Lead high-impact life insurance pricing and product development initiatives across client engagements
- Apply technical expertise across pricing, modeling, and valuation
- Operate as a solutions-driven consultant in a dynamic, client-facing environment
- Partner directly with clients on market trends, pricing strategy, and industry insights
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior actuaries (including ASA-level team members)
- Develop innovative tools, models, and solutions to address complex client challenges
- Act as a strategic thought partner shaping best practices and growth within the Life practice
Required
- FSA designation
- Strong background in life insurance pricing and product development
- Advanced modeling skills and technical depth
- Market-facing mindset with confidence engaging directly with clients
- Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and energized by diverse, challenging work
- 7-12 years of actuarial experience (flexible for the right leadership profile)
- Exposure to valuation concepts and processes
