Skills & Experience Required
- 5 years' hands-on experience delivering Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery programs in regulated environments (financial, operational or cybersecurity oversight)
- Practical understanding of AWS resilience, SaaS dependencies, and cloud recovery patterns
- Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis, DR tests and documenting BCPs
- Excellent communication skills; able to produce clear, actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with various IaaS and SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with operational resilience requirements under DORA/MICA, MAS TRM, ISO 22301, FFIEC, or equivalent frameworks.
