What You’ll Do:
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual/Daily Reporting – Perform oversight and quality control of third-party deliverables. Deliver monthly statements to clients using in-house report delivery tools
- Assist with creating/maintaining the outsource operating model for the daily and monthly reporting process.
- Oversight of Cash and Asset Reconciliation – Review currency balance and holdings exceptions between Acadian accounting systems and custodians/counterparties using reconciliation tools. Check that currency accounts are not overdrawn. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and process integrity.
- Oversee & Maintain Custodian Relationships – Work with the custodians to ensure an effective working relationship and to secure proper attention and maintenance of client accounts.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or another financial related degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of operations-related experience, preferably in Investment Management.
- Strong understanding of investment instruments including foreign equities, fixed income and derivatives.
- Experience working with or overseeing fund administrators, custodian banks and outsource providers.
- A strong analytical background, vendor management experience and knowledge of financial accounting principles and best practices.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis and exception reporting.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a team player mentality.
- Must be detail oriented, flexible, able to work within a team-orientated environment, with vendors, as well as independently.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and willingness to assume additional responsibilities within group.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
