- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and portfolio reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare reconciliations and maintain audit-ready workpapers (SOX compliant)
- Create reports for management and regulatory purposes
- Explain financial variances and support audits and process improvements across teams
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in accounting, audit or related field
- Familiarity with mortgage or fixed income (TBA, Loans, MSR)
- NetSuite, SQL, Python experience are a plus
