It's a true mid-sized platform - about 90 attorneys statewide - with a dedicated Workers Compensation Team out of their Springfield NJ office.. Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume petitioner caseload throughout NJ.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlements.
Handle all phases of litigation from intake to resolution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 Years' Experience Handling Petitioner-side Workers' Comp Cases.
NJ Bar required; NY/PA a plus.
