  • Workday Talent Management Consultant (Onsite Hybrid NJ)
  • Strong experience in Workday Talent modules (Performance, Goals, Succession, Career)
  • Hands-on configuration and implementation experience
  • Experience with business process frameworks & security
  • Good stakeholder communication and requirement gathering
  • Workday HCM / Core HR Consultant (Onsite Hybrid NJ)
  • Solid experience in Workday HCM & Core HR (Worker Data, Org Structures, Business Processes)
  • Hands-on configuration and support experience
  • Knowledge of integrations (EIB, Workday Studio is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes
  • Workday Time Management Consultant (Onsite Hybrid NJ)
  • Expertise in Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules
  • Experience configuring time calculations, eligibility rules, and accruals
  • Hands-on implementation/support experience
  • Understanding of payroll/time integration
