URGENT REQ:
Workday project manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle Workday implementation projects (plan, design, build, test, deploy, hypercare).
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and status reports.
Drive day to day project execution, including issue/risk management, dependency tracking, and scope control.
Coordinate work across functional streams (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Finance, Integrations, Reporting).
Facilitate project governance: steering committees, status meetings, decision logs, RAID logs, and change requests.
Collaborate with HR/Finance/IT business owners to capture requirements and ensure Workday configuration meets business needs.
Coordinate cutover and go live activities, including runbooks, communication, and support model handoff.
Support change management activities in partnership with HR/Change teams (communications, training, user adoption).
Required Qualifications
5 years of project management experience
2 3 years managing Workday implementations (HCM and/or Finance, or major module such as Payroll, Time, Absence, Talent, or Compensation).
Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget in a matrix environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, or agile) and standard artifacts.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, including with executive sponsors.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, Prince2, Agile or similar project management certification.
Experience in Retail.
Experience with PMO tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Planview).
