Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Workday HCM & Payroll expertise to support a large-scale ERP implementation.
Summary:
The HCM & Payroll Project Manager will provide critical project management support for a comprehensive Workday full-suite implementation. This is long-term contract opportunity running through mid-2027. The ideal candidate will have implementation experience within hospital or healthcare systems, and bring strong functional knowledge of HCM and payroll systems, particularly Workday. This role will support project coordination and execution rather than serving as the primary project driver, requiring excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within an established project framework.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager supporting ERP or HCM system implementations
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Payroll modules preferred
- Experience with Jira for project tracking and management preferred
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM and payroll business processes
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Available to start late February/early March 2025
- Available for contract duration through July 2027 (approximately 15 months)
- Willingness to travel onsite occasionally for key project milestones
