The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM and related modules to support business operations and HR transformation initiatives. You ll collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver seamless HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead or support Workday HCM module implementations, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design effective Workday solutions.
Configure Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, or Time Tracking modules as needed.
Develop and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, reports, and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functional and integration issues.
Participate in testing cycles (unit, regression, UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
Provide end-user support and training to HR and business teams.
Stay current with Workday updates and new releases to recommend system enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-7 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM or related modules.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
Experience With Workday Studio, EIB, Or Core Connectors (preferred).
Proven ability to manage configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification(s) in Core HCM or related modules.
Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR or payroll systems.
Familiarity with HR operations, workforce analytics, and process optimization.
Consulting background or experience in multi-client Workday environments
