Required Skills:
- 6 years of experience in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Production Support experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations (Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Packing, Shipping).
- Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience with SQL, interfaces, and system monitoring.
- Strong communication and support skills.
- Provide production support for WMS applications.
- Resolve incidents and system issues in a timely manner.
- Work with business and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
- Monitor interfaces and ensure smooth system performance.
- Support testing, configurations, and enhancements.
