REQUIREMENTS:
- 8–10 years of experience in software development including specific experience programming within Blue Yonder or any comparable WMS tool.
- 3-4 years of experience developing applications using Java and SQL
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using MOCA and Groovy within a WMS environment, including extending core functionality, building integrations, and supporting system enhancements.
- Experience designing and optimizing relational databases running SQL queries
- Hands on knowledge of utilizing DevOps tools and automating processes for application release.
- Supply Chain Industry experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and architecture best practices
- Lead the development, enhancement, and support of medium to large-scale applications
- Serve as primary contact and lead support associate for critical applications
- Collaborate with business and technical leaders to gather and clarify requirements
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews
- Participate in design and deployment reviews across cross-functional teams
- Write unit/UI tests and leverage CI/CD pipelines for deployment
- Triage production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Lead backend database design and structure relationships
- Mentor and guide onshore/offshore engineers; assign projects and review deliverables
- Participate in hiring, including technical assessments and interviews
