- The Windows Server Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and securing server environments.
- This role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting applications, managing security processes, and ensuring the stability and performance of infrastructure systems.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in server administration and IT support.
- Provide server and application support across environments.
- Monitor and maintain server security, including vulnerability remediation.
- Support incident response and resolve security-related issues.
- Manage certificate processing and security compliance tasks.
- Review and remediate security scan findings.
- Build and support automation tools for system management.
- Provide field server support, including occasional travel.
- Maintain technical documentation and system records.
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools.
- Participate in project management and support project initiatives.
- Take part in on-call rotation for server support.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows Server operating systems.
- Experience working in virtualized environments such as VMware.
