• Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for a Web UX Designer to join our team.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design/maintain intuitive, usercentered web experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Build, update, and optimize pages within Contentful CMS, ensuring consistency with brand and UX standards.
• Partner with product managers, content strategists, and developers to translate requirements into clean, functional designs.
• Conduct light UX research, usability reviews, and iterative improvements based on user behavior and analytics.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design assets using modern design tools (Figma preferred).
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices across all web experiences.
• Support A/B testing, content updates, and rapid iteration cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of UX/UI designs. Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Web UX Design or similar role.
• Handson experience working within Contentful CMS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, web design execution, and responsive design.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
• Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
