Description

SAIC is seeking a Web Portal Developer to initially support operations in Tampa, Florida. This position is anticipated to transition to a full-time assignment at Camp Xiphos, Jordan.

CSJOJTF-CENTRAL (CSOJTF-C) is seeking a highly qualified Web Portal Developer to support the USSOCOM SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) contract. Your career at SAIC enables USSOCOM to fulfill its mission to "Provide fully capable Special Operations Forces (SOF) to defend the United States and its interests and synchronize planning for global operations against terrorist networks." As a member of our team, you will support the vice president of the Enterprise Operations Group (EOG) as we partner with SOF military and civilian members to provide world-class IT services and support that connects over 60,000 users around the world in the areas of software development/maintenance, network services, security, end-user computing, and test and evaluation.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Designs, develops, and implements portal and SharePoint solutions, including custom solutions and integrated third-party solutions.
• Performs scripted installations, configuring, STIG'ing and securing a farm environment.
• Performs SharePoint Central Administration, Shared Services, Managed Metadata, Enterprise Services, STSADM commands, PowerShell scripting and how the services and functions affect the entire SharePoint farm.
• Monitors and manages server health and functionality, access permissions, usage, events, and messages, and ensures the environment conforms to governance requirements and security standards.
• Troubleshoots the server administration side as well as the customer facing side of SharePoint and other web environments.
• Manages large and complex projects, including leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Gathers and analyzes requirements from stakeholders, including assessing business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
• Implements security controls for SharePoint and portal solutions, including secure authentication and authorization methods.
• Works with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Position will initially support operations in Tampa, Florida. This position is anticipated to transition to a full-time assignment at Camp Xiphos, Jordan.
• Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance Required.
• Ability to follow procedures under stressful conditions.
• Good Written and Oral Communications Skills.
• Maintain, setup, monitor, and troubleshoot video equipment.
• Ability to work closely with senior professionals.
• Bachelors Degree & 9 years of experience; OR Masters Degree & 7 years of experience.
