Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Web Developer job responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and testing web?based applications while ensuring high?quality, user?friendly interfaces that enhance overall user experience.
- Providing advanced Java and REST API expertise to troubleshoot production issues, deliver technical solutions, and support multiple development teams.
- Leading and mentoring team members by guiding technical decisions, participating in code reviews, and ensuring adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and cross?functional teams to implement cohesive, innovative web solutions and maintain application performance.
- Documenting technical designs, specifications, and system updates while researching and incorporating new content or improvements into existing applications.
- Staying current with emerging web technologies and trends to continuously optimize development processes and ensure scalable, responsive applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java-based applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and solid hands-on experience with REST API development, along with strong troubleshooting skills in production environments.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices to ensure high?quality, scalable web applications.
