This position supports a state program and involves collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to design, develop, test, and support web-based applications. The consultant will actively participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure adherence to technical standards and project goals.

Key Requirements (Summary):
- 7 years of experience developing web applications
- Strong experience with .NET, C#, MVC, and testing custom applications
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular), HTML5, and SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL preferred)
- Proven ability to produce technical documentation
- Experience working on large-scale implementations
- State government experience (Education or Early Learning) is a plus
