The candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing secure identity services using Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring scalable, compliant, and resilient access management across both cloud and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID
- Manage and optimize hybrid identity environments using Microsoft Entra Connect
- Configure and enforce Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password less authentication
- Implement identity governance, access reviews, and lifecycle management processes
- Apply Zero Trust security principles to identity and access strategies
- Integrate applications using modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Automate and manage identity workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM solutions with enterprise security standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access issues
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID
- Deep understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
- Experience with hybrid identity using Microsoft Entra Connect
- Expertise in Conditional Access, MFA, password less, and identity governance
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust and identity security risks
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Graph API, and PowerShell
- Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Exposure to Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience in IAM transformation programs.
