We are seeking an onsite Voice Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FreeSWITCH or Kamailio to manage and enhance enterprise-grade VoIP platforms. The role requires deep expertise in SIP and RTP protocols, including call routing, dial plan design, and troubleshooting call quality and signaling issues in high-availability production environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, resolving complex voice-related incidents, and ensuring seamless communication services.
The position demands strong programming skills in C , with proven ability in debugging, performance optimization, and integrating telecom or voice applications with backend systems. Experience working in Linux environments, along with shell scripting and monitoring tools, is essential. Candidates should also be comfortable collaborating directly with customer teams in onsite delivery settings, bringing a solid background in SIP and C development to support and improve voice infrastructure.
