- Lead architect for VMware-based private cloud environments, including VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, and VxRail
- Deep experience designing and planning based infrastructure (PowerEdge servers, PowerStore storage, Private Cloud)
- Strong consultative presence: able to act as a trusted advisor to customer technical and business stakeholders
- Ownership of deployment planning, capacity modeling, consolidation/refresh strategies, and risk identification
- Experience planning and governing VM migrations, including wave planning, validation, rollback, and success criteria
- Ability to work cross-functionally across compute, storage, network, virtualization, applications, and facilities teams
- Comfortable producing executive-facing documentation, diagrams, dashboards, and progress reporting
