We are seeking an Applied AI Developer to build and scale AI-powered platforms, focusing on LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and model governance. You’ll prototype, evaluate emerging AI tech, and deliver production-grade solutions across engineering teams.
Key Skills:

- Model governance & MCP integrations
- Python and/or Go
- Frameworks: LangGraph, Google ADK, Mastra, Claude Agent SDK
- AI SDKs: OpenAI, Anthropic
- Cloud: AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- APIs: REST/GraphQL
- Databases: SQL & NoSQL
- Build AI-first systems with automated evaluations and simulations
- Design agentic architectures (tools, memory, reasoning, human-in-loop)
- Implement governance (guardrails, lineage, auditability)
- Drive AI adoption from pilot to production
- Collaborate with Product, Security, and Platform teams
- 5 years in software engineering and 2 years in production AI (must-have)
- Experience building multi-agent/agent-driven systems
- Strong system design (scalability, performance, cost optimization)
- Langfuse, LangSmith, Braintrust
- Docker/Kubernetes
- AI coding agents (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
- RAG architectures
