The role ensures measurable business value realization through process mining–driven insights, value engineering, and execution of automation, AI, and RPA initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role focused on bridging strategy to execution, institutionalizing value tracking, and driving accountable outcomes across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Experience
- 18 years in consulting, transformation, or value realization roles
- Proven experience working with CXO stakeholders in large enterprises (US market preferred)
- Strong background in:
- Process Transformation / Process Mining
- Automation (RPA, AI/ML)
- Digital/ERP transformation programs
- Demonstrated track record in building and tracking business cases and realized benefits
