- Act as the guardian of design quality and user experience fidelity across Google TV and Android TV products.
- (Nice to have) Specialized expertise in the 10-foot experience, focusing on large-screen UI and remote/D-pad navigation challenges.
- Meticulous identification and management of UX-related bugs that deviate from approved design specifications.
- Must possess a sharp "design eye" and an instinctual understanding of UX principles, visual design, and interaction patterns specific to the TV ecosystem.
- Work closely with UX Designers to internalize design specs, including focus states, animation fidelity, content scaling, and accessibility (A11y).
- Proactively test and file detailed, high-quality UX bugs, with special attention to issues like remote D-pad logic, focus management, and latency.
- Responsible for aggressively tracking bugs through the resolution and verification phases, ensuring every design inconsistency is addressed efficiently before launch.
