Summary:
You will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences by conducting impactful research, aligning with product objectives, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers. You will help us support professionals by providing research insights about how they stay up to date with medical knowledge. Your expertise will bridge user needs with design solutions, fostering a user-centered culture within our dynamic teams.

- Collaborate with your squad to explore problems from multiple perspectives
- Align research solutions with product strategy
- Identify exploratory research opportunities with product leadership
- Using research, determine what ideas best meet user and business needs
- Apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals
- Develop an evidence-based research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Model excellence (not perfection) in user-centered research processes
- Advocate for UX research best practices
- Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles
- Use data to define and track key metrics, providing clear insights
- Acquire a thorough understanding of customer use cases and ensure their needs are addressed
- Gain deeper knowledge of market segments and competitors
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
