- Conduct content inventory, audit, and gap analysis
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and citizen usability testing
- Validate information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation
- Develop content guidelines to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency
- Provide recommendations for search usability and service-oriented navigation
- 5 years of experience in UX research and/or content strategy
- Experience with content audits, usability testing, and card sorting
- Strong knowledge of plain language and accessibility standards
- Ability to translate research into actionable insights for design and development teams
- Public sector or government content experience
- Familiarity with Drupal content authoring
- Shape experience
