- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), information architecture (IA) , and interaction design
- Proven ability to design for: content hierarchy, navigation systems, and conversion flows
- Demonstrated experience applying accessibility standards: WCAG 2.1 AA
- Capable of producing development-ready designs (wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Experience working in a product-led, cross-functional environment (with Product Managers, Technology, Web Experience, Digital Strategy, Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams)
- Ability to conduct usability testing, user interviews, and design validation
- Familiarity with SEO best practices (how UX supports discoverability)
- Experience with CMS-driven, template-based websites
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Experience designing enterprise or regulated-industry websites (e.g., financial services)

- Conversion, SEO & Optimization: Design experiences that support engagement, lead generation, and conversion goals. Partner with Digital Strategy, Marketing, and Analytics teams to incorporate
- Research & Validation: Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and design validation for external audiences. Translate feedback into actionable design improvements.
