Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end user experience designs for complex, high-impact product features. You will work autonomously to create intuitive, scalable, and compliant experiences across multiple markets and platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong systems thinker who can balance business needs, regulatory requirements, and user-centered design.

Key Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver End-to-End Feature Designs
• Develop high-quality wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interaction patterns for core platform features.
• Design compelling acquisition experiences-including elements such as free trial flows, installment plan onboarding, and international pricing adaptations.
• Account for diverse market conditions, edge cases, and technical constraints while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners with minimal supervision to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Support Compliance, Trust, and Regulatory Needs
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to implement essential compliance-related updates.
• Translate complex legal, regulatory, and policy requirements into clear and usable UI patterns.
• Ensure critical user journeys-such as cancellations, subscription changes, and price adjustments-are trustworthy, transparent, and aligned with global standards.

• Interest or experience in design systems and shared component libraries
• Background in commerce, financial products, or e-commerce experience design
• Experience designing for TV or large-screen platforms
• Experience collaborating with user researchers to generate insights and validate concepts
• Visual design capabilities
• UX prototyping experience
