Bachelor's degree in Digital, Interaction, Graphic, or Communication Design, or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, or desktop applications.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, wireframing software, and Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, workflows, and usability best practices.
A portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful and user-friendly designs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with design systems and visual design best practices.
Knowledge of financial or banking concepts is a plus but not required.
