Location: Peoria LC Building Office, Peoria, IL - On-site (5 days/week in office) – (Locals Only)

- UX/UI Design & Digital Product Experience
- Figma / Miro / Prototyping Tools
- Human-Centered Design & Agile Methodologies
- Frequent job changes or inconsistent employment history.
- Candidates without hands-on UX/UI design experience.
- Candidates lacking experience with digital product design tools.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, New Media, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience considered.
- 5–7 years of UX/UI design experience required.
- Experience designing digital product experiences and enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with UX/UI Design and Digital Product Design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating:
- Wireframes
- User flows
- Interactive prototypes
- Visual design assets
- High-fidelity UI mockups
- Knowledge of Interaction Architecture, Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and usability standards.
- Experience with Design Sprints and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of:
- Human-Centered Design (HCD)
- User research and usability principles
- Human-computer interaction
- Web application design trends
- Digital product strategy
- Ability to understand software industry trends, technologies, and future product directions.
- Knowledge of web software design and development processes.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to listen, understand, and translate user needs into effective design solutions.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with initiative.
