Experience:
- Required - 10 Years relevant experience in technology strategy and implementation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated focus, innovation and flexibility and requires a resourceful individual with effective program delivery skills, emotional intelligence, self-motivation, excellent communication skills and a high degree of executive presence.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP data assets, both those in place today and those to be built through our modernization efforts, with a focus on the business value of these solutions, and driving the solution and technical architecture to make the vision of this work a reality.
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP enterprise data and analytics architectures
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for achieving business objectives
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Possess advanced analytical skills
- Expert technical acumen with the ability to think creatively and strategically to capitalize on business efficiencies
- Demonstrated willingness and passion to work in a hands-on manner with complex technical challenges
- Knowledge of Workday data model and Snowflake
