Key Responsibilities
✅ Process employee transactions in SAP HCM, including:
New Hires
Rehires
Transfers
Promotions
Salary Changes
Employee Data Updates
✅ Process employee terminations for multiple business units.
✅ Perform historical edits and timekeeping updates using UKG (formerly Kronos).
✅ Generate and maintain bi-weekly reports related to employee leave programs and compliance requirements.
✅ Manage and process union dues and initiation fees according to applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
✅ Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR transactions and employee records.
✅ Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Service Desk and respond to employee inquiries as needed.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SAP HCM or similar HRIS systems
Experience using UKG/Kronos timekeeping systems
Knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and payroll-related transactions
Experience handling union-related transactions and collective bargaining agreements
Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong communication and customer service skills
