- Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated interfaces using Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) to sync data between UKG ProWFM and downstream payroll/finance systems.
- System Configuration: Expertly configure UKG ProWFM building blocks, including Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Absence Management, and complex scheduling requirements.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead the technical integration between ProWFM and SAP (HR, Payroll, and Finance), specifically managing the critical "payroll-to-finance" posting processes.
- Testing & Validation: Own end-to-end testing cycles, including regression testing and data reconciliation, to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with enterprise controls.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis using SQL for data validation and resolve defects tracked in JIRA.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams by documenting data flows, interface control documents (ICDs), and operational runbooks.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience with UKG ProWFM (formerly Workforce Central) and Dell Boomi.
- Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in WIM, SQL, and various integration protocols including APIs (REST), SFTP, and file-based exchanges (CSV, XML).
- ERP Knowledge: Demonstrated experience integrating UKG with SAP environments, with a specific focus on financial posting and payroll synchronization.
- Complex Environments: Background supporting large-scale, highly regulated enterprises, ideally with experience managing unionized workgroups or operations-focused labor (e.g., Yardmasters).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently while maintaining strict adherence to change management protocols.
