Required Skills & Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with or a similar enterprise-level government CMS.
- Nevada Election Knowledge: Familiarity with Nevada-specific election procedures, such as the Effective Absentee System for Elections (EASE) and protocols.
- Compliance Rigor: Proven ability to manage content under and federal ADA laws.
- Attention to Detail: Absolute accuracy in handling and disclosure reporting requirements where errors could have legal implications.
- UI/UX Design: 3 years proven experience with a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Work Environment: Coordination with elections SME’s and SOS leadership-usually 2 days in office-Mon/Tues with some flexibility according to needs.
