Job Title: Tulip Application Developer (Mendix)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tulip / Mendix MES Application Consultant with strong experience in manufacturing execution systems (MES) and low-code platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

<>Application Design & Development

• Design and develop applications using Tulip platform
• Design, document, and maintain applications built on Mendix (low-code platform)
• Ensure applications meet business and manufacturing requirements
  
  

<>MES & Functional Consulting

• Work on MES-related solutions and provide functional consulting support
• Align application development with manufacturing workflows and processes
• Ensure integration of MES systems with enterprise applications
  
  

<>Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with multiple teams to design and implement system interfaces
• Ensure seamless communication between applications and systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  
  

<>Project Coordination & Communication

• Assist in or lead status meetings to track project progress
• Communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, blockers, and resolutions
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

<>Core Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
• Tulip application development
• Mendix application design and documentation
• Strong understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Experience in low-code application development

<>Functional Skills

• Experience in MES functional consulting
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
  

Experience & Education

• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
